When explaining the weight loss competition at work to Albert and mentioning the starting point for me was 192lbs, his reaction was "you're not 190lbs.  You weigh 140."

 

So has my buddy Al been on the heftier side all these years that he thinks anyone thinner than him can't be close to 200lbs?  What the heck is he smoking?  I am not exactly skin on bones.  If I weighed 140 at 6 feet, that would be freakishly thin. Our weight is actually closer than he realizes.
