Opened up a bottle of 1998 Louis Bernard Châteauneuf du Pape for Christmas.  Excellent year for the region with a smooth texture and bold taste.  It was heartbreaking when one of the children dropped their Barbie doll into a glass and the wine spilled out of the glass onto the table.  Aside from watching the carpet get stained, that's a high value of wine that just got wasted.     :-(
